About Us
Because that's when the panic hits. The campaign that launches this week, the inbox nobody's covering, the resignation letter sitting on your desk from Friday. We exist so that Monday morning is when the solution arrives — not the problem.
Our Story
Monday Morning Marketing started with two frustrations that turned out to be the same problem.
On one side: businesses that needed skilled marketing and admin help now — not after a six-week recruitment process — but had nowhere to turn except generic job boards and expensive agencies.
On the other: brilliant freelancers spending a third of their working lives on unpaid admin — pitching, contracting, invoicing, chasing — instead of doing the work they're exceptional at.
We built the bridge. A carefully chosen community where the vetting is real, the matching is human, the contracts are handled, and everyone gets paid on time. It shouldn't be revolutionary. Somehow, it is.
What We Stand For
Fewer than one in five applicants make it onto our books. Every freelancer is portfolio-reviewed, skills-tested, interviewed and referenced — because "vetted" should be a promise, not a marketing word.
Clients get transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Freelancers set their own rates and get paid weekly, whether or not the client has paid us. Nobody wins at the other's expense.
Every match is made by a person who has read your brief and knows the freelancer. No keyword-matching, no auto-assignments, no chatbot support loops.
Fast because we've done the vetting up front — not because we've skipped it. The 48-hour shortlist is possible because the hard work already happened.
The Name
Monday morning has a bad reputation. It's the deadline that arrived too fast, the week you're not ready for, the gap in the team you kept meaning to fill.
We think Monday morning should feel like the opposite: a fresh start with the right people in place. Every placement we make is judged against one question — did we make someone's Monday better?
Whether you're hiring or looking for work, it starts with a conversation.
