Our lawful basis for processing this information is legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry and providing our matching service) and, where we go on to work together, the performance of a contract.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form processing service, and our website is hosted on our hosting provider's servers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we only share freelancer details with potential clients (and vice versa) as part of arranging a placement you've asked us to arrange.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and freelancer registration details while you remain registered with us. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we're legally required to keep it.

This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or analytics tools. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Your rights
